President of Russia Designers Association
Vitaly Stavitsky is the President of Russia Designers Association, the vice-president of the Expert Council of the Agency of Creative Industries, the member of the Public Council under the Ministry of Culture of Russian Federation, member of the Council for engineering and industrial design under the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russian Federation Academician of the National Academy of Design, vice-rector of the National Design Institute, founder and art director of Stavitsky Design.
During his carrier, Vitaly Stavitsky received more than 40 awards and prizes at international and Russian competitions and festivals in the field of advertising and design, such as the American GOOD DESIGN Award in 2005 and two in 2008, multiple awards at the Moscow International Advertising Festival, the Russian National Design Award “Victoria”, Silver Awards in GRAPHIS Poster Awards 2014, 2018, 2019”, and Gold Award in GRAPHIS Poster Awards 2017, 2022 (USA), Diploma of the “Academy of Graphic Design” for contribution to the development of design, Special prize at the international triennial of the Ecological Poster “4th Block”, rewarded by the Minister of Culture of the Russian Federation for his great contribution to the development of the Design and long-term fruitful work, the Honorary badge “For the development of the design industry” letter of thanks from the Mayor of Moscow for the great personal contribution to the creation of favorable conditions for doing business and active participation in the formation of a comfortable urban environment in Moscow.
Most of his works are expose at the Chicago Athenaeum Museum of Architecture and Design (USA), the Teheran Museum of Contemporary Art (Iran), the poster collections of the International Biennale of Graphic Design Golden Bee. Publishing in various foreign issues such as GRAPHIS Poster Annual 2004, 2014, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2022 (USA), Best Graphic Design of events publishing house Rockport (USA), Asian- Pacific Design, Small Studios of Hesign, Berlin (Germany), One by one of the publishers Hesign, Berlin (Germany), Design and Design (France), NEWWEBPICK (Hong Kong), “Publish” magazine and many others.
