Founder and Principal architect at Carolina Nisivoccia Architetto
Carolina is an international awarded architect, art director, lecturer, and professor. She was born in Milano, where she graduated at Politecnico, growing up in the world of fashion and journalism - industries where she has been active with her work since her university years.
She devotes herself to interior design “at large” in her own Firm embracing different sectors. She works for private clients as well as for big national and multi-national companies developing extremely customized projects both in Italy and abroad. Past Art director of the international design fair at Superstudio, she has been attending the Milano Design Week for the last 22 years with several projects of exhibit design.
For private clients she designs interiors from walls to the smallest detail.
Carolina has specialized in brand design and she teaches Brand strategy at NABA Milano since 2018.
She has been recently invited to become a member of the honorary committee of DLC, a world-wide business community founded in Mumbai and spreading in the main cities of the world.
Throughout the years, Carolina’s works have been published on major national and international magazines such as Domus, Interni, ElleDecor, Abitare, Case da Abitare, Casa Amica, Architecture & Wohnen, Villegiardini and on books such as “Grand Stand 2” ed. Frame Gestalten as well as “150 best apartment ideas” for Logos. Interviews to Carolina have been published on leading Italian newspapers such as Corriere della Sera and Repubblica as well as on web channels (LeonardoTV, Pantoneview and Ultrafragola.)
ETHIC, SOCIAL AND RELATIONAL DESIGN
Since 2008 Carolina has begun a personal research focused on social and “relational design” thus anticipating and promoting a humanistic approach through specific projects that have already been appreciated and have received important international prizes.
