I am a creative director and design manager with experience in agencies, multinational companies, and start-ups. Currently, I work as Creative Lead and Experience Design Manager at Avanade, where I contribute to managing a team of designers, supporting their growth, and maximizing their potential.
I am passionate about creating meaningful and effective experiences that meet user needs and have a tangible impact on business. Always seeking new challenges and growth opportunities, I am open to collaborations and consulting in the design field to explore new possibilities and innovate.
I also teach Digital Product Design at the Academy of Fine Arts in Genoa, contributing to the education of emerging talents and the development of the industry.
