Founder & Design leader at Vega Chargers
Lluís Auroux, founder of VEGA Chargers, was born in Barcelona in 1975.
Lluis spent more than 20 years in the automotive design industry participating in projects for Audi,
Renault, Volkswagen, Hispano Suiza, SEAT, BMW, Rolls Royce, Ford, Peugeot, Citroën, BMW Motorrad, Sherco Motorcycles etc. Mr. Auroux has been part of the vehicle movement, observing from the design point of view the evolution of the sector, how day by day it was seeking a change into electric driven vehicles due to awareness of climate change.
Also, he has been a professor at ELISAVA school of design and engineering in Barcelona, importer of Swiss electric motorcycles and owner of renting of motocross electrical motorcycles. He specializes in product design not only in the vehicle sector, but also in furniture and product design, and he is involved in all the design phases of the product from the idea till the materialization.
Nowadays, Lluis owns the VEGA Chargers company, an EV charging stations manufacturer, together with 3 other co-founders and he is more focused on sustainability, zero-carbon emissions and striving for a greener world in all his EV chargers’ designs.
